At
Summerhays Music, we value Utah's School Music programs.
We make it easy for teachers & administrators to bring
music to their students. We have Education Reps who come
to your school to help you with anything you need for your
Band or Orchestra program!
We'd like to introduce you to
our Education Representatives:

Shane
Deuel
Serving Davis, Weber, Ogden, Park City, South
Summit, North Summit, Evanston, Jackson & Teton County
School Districts
sdeuel@summerhaysmusic.com
Shane Deuel was born and raised in West Michigan, and his
musical career started with the trumpet in 6th grade band.
After receiving a degree in Music Education from Western
Michigan University, he decided to go into the music industry,
and became the advertising sales manager for The Instrumentalist
magazine in Chicago. Soon after, Shane became involved with
the startup website for band directors, www.banddirector.com.
The mountains and fresh powder of Utah lured Shane and his
wife out of Chicago in 2004, and they're here to stay. Shane
has been an educational rep since he started with Summerhays
Music Center, and serves schools throughout northern Utah,
Wyoming, and Idaho.
