Core Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)

While responsibilities vary by position, strong candidates should be comfortable with:

• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Offering knowledgeable guidance on instruments, accessories, and music education
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining organized and visually appealing workspaces
• Supporting store events, workshops, and community engagement
• Upholding company standards for professionalism and communication
• Collaborating respectfully with coworkers and management

Qualifications We Value

• Musical background or industry experience (preferred but not always required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships within the music community
• Willingness to work Saturdays (retail roles)
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute long-term
