Core Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
While responsibilities vary by position, strong candidates should be comfortable with:
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Offering knowledgeable guidance on instruments, accessories, and music education
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining organized and visually appealing workspaces
- Supporting store events, workshops, and community engagement
- Upholding company standards for professionalism and communication
- Collaborating respectfully with coworkers and management
Qualifications We Value
- Musical background or industry experience (preferred but not always required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships within the music community
- Willingness to work Saturdays (retail roles)
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute long-term
